We are ideally situated on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Washington for both business and vacation travelers—just a block from Volunteer Park, a short walk from restaurants and shops, or a quick bus or car ride to downtown.  We are also minutes from the waterfront, Seattle Center, sports stadiums, Pioneer Square, and the Washington Convention Center.

Rental rates for weddings, receptions and other events range from $350 - $1500 depending on event duration, time of day, day of the week, and time of year.  We are happy to host multi-day events and can work with you to create packages combining facility rental and overnight accommodations.  Catering is also available.  Groups from just a few to well over 100 can be accommodated in style!
