We always book the S-B mansion when we're in Seattle. At first we found them because they have a Tesla charger. Then we realized we'd found the gem in the city. Beautiful building, lovingly restored. Brenda takes exquisite care of everyone. And, yes, the 2nd B of the B&B is the best in town.

We are so glad we stayed at the Shafer Baillie mansion in Capital Hill, Seattle. The mansion itself is beautifully restored, and Ana and Brenda took great care to make our stay restful and memorable. Breakfast is amazingly delicious, and we met other visitors each morning. We were close enough to Pike Place to walk, close to tons of restaurants and shops, and close to several parks - Volunteer Park, and the amazing Washington Arboretum. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

The mansion is simply breathtaking. Restored to original elegance. The host, Brenda, is extremely helpful and loves to make each and every guest feel special. The breakfast that she makes is really lovely. Everyday there is a different homemade treat. Absolutely one of the best places that I have stayed at. The location is not the city center. However, there are a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. Volunteer Park is just 3 blocks away. And, public transportation is a short walk away. Free on-street parking.
